Recently, I've taken on a monster that I've lost many battles in the past with: Photoshop. I've learned some very useful tips and tricks and discovered that I really enjoy photo retouching.

I'm posting a series of photo retouches and manipulations that I have done. Some of the photos were taken by me, others are by friends. I would like to say first off that by manipulating another photographers photo, is in no way an insult to that photo. I don't choose a photo to work on because there's anything wrong with it, but because i see an opportunity to use the techniques I have learned.

I'm very open to critique because this is a new avenue for me and I feel that there is usually something to be gained by constructive criticism.
